It’s Finally Your Turn

Isla Mujeres, Mexico • April 7–12, 2027

You've spent years taking care of everyone else.

This trip is just for you.

This Is Your Permission Slip

If you're the one who plans everyone else's vacations, remembers everyone else's birthdays, and puts your own needs at the bottom of the list — this retreat is for you.

This isn't a spa weekend where you sit by yourself. It's five days on a private island with a small group of women who already get it — no agenda to perform, no one needing anything from you. Just permission to rest, to laugh too loud, and to remember what your own life feels like when nobody's asking you for something.

Hell Yes Collective was built on one idea: women deserve to give themselves permission to prioritize themselves. Not someday. Not after everything else is handled. Now.

Meet Your Host

I'm Amanda — and I didn't get through the last few years alone. Life handed me a lot at once, faster than I could catch my breath, and there were people who showed up anyway. They sat with me through the hardest parts, celebrated the good ones, and reminded me who I was on the days I couldn't see it myself.

Hell Yes Collective exists because of them. I know firsthand what it feels like to have people beside you instead of behind you — and I want more women in midlife to have that too, especially the ones who've spent years being everyone else's person and forgot they're allowed to have their own.

This retreat is me building that, on purpose, for you. Not a solo journey. Not "figure it out yourself." Just a group of women, a beautiful island, and permission to finally exhale.

Meet Your Co Host

Jess Runkle is a licensed counselor (LCPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with almost 10 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, stress, and life's harder transitions. She's also my sister — and she's co-hosting this retreat to lead our share circle with real, practical tools, not just good intentions.

Jess specializes in life transitions, women's issues, grief, and self-esteem, and brings a warm, down-to-earth approach with just enough humor to make the hard conversations feel okay to have.

• Day 1 (Wed): Arrive, settle in, welcome dinner. No agenda, no big asks — just landing.

• Day 2 (Thu): A guided share circle and intention-setting session, led by a licensed therapist, followed by a private sound bath.

• Day 3 (Fri): Our first big excursion day.

• Day 4 (Sat): Our second big excursion day — think turquoise water and salt in your hair.

• Day 5 (Sun): A slow, open day to rest, reflect, and soak up your last hours on the island.

• Monday: Depart, already planning your next Hell Yes trip.

Every meal is taken care of. One night is upgraded into a full private-chef dinner experience — multi-course, margaritas, live guitar under the stars.
